Our History 
Our company was established in Bursa in 1988 as “Tunca Teknik Makine Ltd. Şti.” Our main/founding area of activity is “Industrial Belt & Conveyor Belt” technologies. In this field, we provide products and services to the Food, Automotive, Wood Industry, Tobacco Processing, Textile, Machine Manufacturing, and Packaging sectors.
Our main/founding area of activity is “Industrial Belt & Conveyor Belt” technologies, in addition to which we have expanded our activities to include the sale, after-sales technical service, consumables, and spare parts supply services for Model House (CAD) and Cutting House (CAM) CNC machine systems required by the Automotive and Textile Apparel sectors. We continued to grow by adding sales, after-sales technical service, consumable supplies, and spare parts provision services to our areas of activity, and in 1995, we renewed our corporate structure as Tunca Teknik Makine San. Tic. A.Ş.
We relocated all our operations and our General Management headquarters located at Fomara, Gazcılar, and DOSAB to our own 3,600 m² facility in NOSAB in 2006. At this facility, we continued the production of Conveyor Technology Products, industrial underlay and plotter papers used in the garment industry. In addition to this facility, we started the production of PE Film (Shrink, Bag, Vacuum Nylon, etc.) products at our other facility in NOSAB, which has a closed area of 1200 m².
For the Automotive, Apparel, Medical, and Furniture industries; Cutting and sewing process for vehicle interior covers (seats, footrests, backrests, headrests, armrests, gear shift covers, etc.), cutting and sewing process for disposable vehicle covers (seats, hoods, body covers, etc.), cutting and sewing process for upholstery fabrics used in the furniture industry, Cutting and sewing process for vehicle interior carpet upholstery, Production of disposable surgical masks, covers, aprons, coveralls, surgical sets, Blankets, shawls, etc. made of polar material product cutting process, Cutting process of composite materials (Fiber, Sponge, Felt, PVC, Eva Sponge, Plexiglass, etc.), We started our activities in 2009 within our company TUNCA KESIM OTOMASYON MEDIKAL TEKSTIL L.T.D. S.T.I.
We have commenced production of vehicle protection covers made from single-use non-woven fabric, as requested by OEM and Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector, at our production facility in the Gemlik Free Zone, which has a covered area of 1,680 m², under our company TUNCA EKSPORT. During this period, our company has intensified its activities in the automotive sector and has also started exporting in large quantities. To fully meet the expectations of our automotive export customers, our company has successfully completed ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 quality management system certification and our customers' process audit processes.
In 2014, we commenced operations at our facility in HOSAB, which has a total enclosed area of 6,000 m². At this facility, we produce: We continued to increase our production capacity and renew our machinery park for industrial pastal underlay and plotter papers used in the apparel industry, PE Film (Shrink, Bag, Vacuum Nylon, etc.), Industrial Belt & Conveyor Belt technologies, and the cutting process for all types of fabrics and composite materials used in the automotive and apparel industries.
