Firmamız 1988 yılında Bursa’da “Tunca Teknik Makine Ltd. Şti” olarak kurulmuştur. Ana/Kuruluş faaliyet alanımız “Endüstriyel Kayış & Konveyör Bant” teknolojileridir. Bu faaliyet alanında Gıda, Otomotiv, Ağaç Endüstirisi, Tütün İşleme, Tekstil, Makine imalat, Ambalaj, sektörlerine ürün ve hizmet sunmaktayız.

Ana/Kuruluş faaliyet alanımız “Endüstriyel Kayış & Konveyör Bant” teknolojilerine ilave olarak Otomotiv ve Tekstil Konfeksiyon sektörlerinin ihtiyacı olan Modelhane (CAD) ve Kesimhane (CAM) CNC makine sistemlerinin satış, satış sonrası teknik servis, sarf malzeme ve yedek parça temin hizmetlerini de faaliyet alanlarımıza ekleyerek büyümemizi sürdürdük ve 1995 yılında Tunca Teknik Makine San. Tic. A.Ş. olarak şirket yapımızı yeniledik.
Nosab Activities
We moved all our activities and General Management Center located at Fomara, Gazcılar and DOSAB to our own facility with 3600 m2 closed area in NOSAB in 2006. In this facility; Conveyor Technology Products, Industrial underlay and plotter papers used in the apparel sector, we continued to produce. In addition to this facility, we started to produce PE Film (Shrink, Bag, Vacuum Nylon etc.) products in our other facility with 1200 m2 closed area in NOSAB.
Technical Textile Activities
For the automotive, clothing, medical, furniture sectors; In-car covers (seat, seat, back, headrest, armrest, gear boot etc.) cutting and sewing process,Disposable car covers (seat, bonnet, body cover etc.) cutting and sewing process, Upholstery fabric cutting and sewing process used in the furniture sector, In-car carpet cutting and sewing process, Production of disposable surgical masks, covers, aprons, overalls, surgery sets, Cutting process of products such as blankets, shawls etc. from polar material, Cutting process of composite materials (Fiber, Sponge, Felt, PVC, Eva Sponge, Plexiglass etc.), We started our activities in 2009 within the body of our company TUNCA KESİM OTOMASYON MEDİKAL TEKSTİL L.T.D. Ş.T.İ.
We Started Operations in Our Gemlik Free Zone Facility
We started the production of vehicle protection covers produced from disposable Non-Woven fabric, which are requested by OEM and Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector, in our production facility with a closed area of 1680 m2 in Gemlik Free Zone, within the body of our company TUNCA EKSPORT. During this period, our company intensified its activities in the automotive sector and started to export in high amounts. In order to fully meet the expectations of our export automotive customers, our company successfully completed the ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 quality management system certification and process audit processes of our customers.
We Started Operations in Our HOSAB Facility
HOSAB’ta 2014 yılında toplam 6000 m2 kapalı alana sahip tesisimizde faaliyetlerimize başladık. Bu tesisimizde; Konfeksiyon sektöründe kullanılan endüstiriyel pastal altı ve plotter kağıtları, PE Film (Shrink, Torba, Vakum Naylonu vb.), Endüstriyel Kayış & Konveyör Bant teknolojileri, Otomotiv ve Konfeksiyon sektörlerinde kullanılan her türlü kumaş ve kompozit malzemenin kesim prosesi, işlemlerine üretim kapasitemizi arttırarak ve makine parkımızı yenileyerek devam ettik.
